1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of purchase.
This guarantee applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions (first 30 days only)
- All plan levels (Starter, Pro, Business)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Instagramyol account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Request Refund"
- Select your reason (optional)
- Submit your request
- Our support team will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days

3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
- Wire Transfer: 3-5 business days
4. Refund Eligibility
The following conditions apply to refund requests:
- Refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase
- Subscription must have been active when purchased
- Only one refund per account per subscription period
- Refunds are applicable to the subscription fee only, not any additional services or add-ons
5. What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan
- You will retain access to any campaigns created during your subscription
- Your account will be available to upgrade again at any time
- You will lose access to paid-plan features immediately upon refund approval
6. Exceptions
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Renewals of subscriptions past the initial 30-day period
- Monthly subscriptions purchased using promotional codes or discounts
- Accounts with suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refunds)
7. Cancellation Without Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund. The subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be downgraded to the Free plan.
